About Metamorphity
Welcome.
Metamorphity is a living space for transformation—where story, reflection, and soul-based inquiry invite us to awaken to what’s most real.
It was created for those moments when life feels like a threshold—when what has been is falling away, and what’s next has not yet revealed itself. These in-between spaces are sacred territory. They ask for stillness, presence, and the courage to meet what’s emerging.
In a world that is rapidly shifting from “doing” to “being,” we often find ourselves standing on shaky ground. Through Threshold Conversations, written Musings, and Guided Meditations, I offer companions for this inner work—doorways back to awareness, belonging, and the quiet wisdom that moves beneath thought.
About Me
I’m Patrick Ryan—a former Buddhist monk, bestselling author, and leadership coach.
My life has been an exploration of the space between the monastery and the boardroom. My work weaves together decades of teaching, coaching, and spiritual inquiry, guiding others through the quiet thresholds of change toward a life more whole and awake.
My books, Awakened Wisdom: A Guide to Reclaiming Your Brilliance and The Eagle’s Call, explore this same path—the movement from separation to connection, and from striving to presence.
Metamorphity is where these threads converge. It is a space where we stop climbing the scaffold of identity and remember what it means to stand on the ground of awareness itself.
